Introduction to Surveys

A survey is a research method used for collecting data from a predefined group of respondents to gain information and insights into various topics of interest. It can have multiple purposes, and researchers can conduct it in many ways depending on the chosen methodology and the study objective.

Surveys have various types, one of them is online survey or internet survey, which is one of the most popular data-collection sources, where a set of survey questions is sent out to a target sample and the members of this sample can respond to the questions over the internet. Respondents receive online surveys via various mediums such as email, embedded over website, social media, etc.

The Surveys module is designed to allow you to create surveys in a couple of formats with various types of questions that you customize, and the answers will be collected, analyzed, and displayed through multiple visual charts and sheets, where you can easily export them. The surveys created through this module can be published either privately for a defined group of people, or publicly for anyone who has the survey link.
