Target Groups

Target groups page helps you manage the groups that could be used as respondents of the surveys. When you open this page, the system shall list the previously created groups, where for each one the Name, Created On, Last Modified, and Members Count are displayed.

Through this page, you can perform the following actions:

Create Target Group

To create a new target group, follow these steps:

  1. Click the (Add New Target Group) button; the New Target Group page is displayed.
  2. Enter the target group name in the “Name” field.
  3. Add the target group members, either by typing their email addresses in the “Members” field or by importing them from Excel sheet by clicking the (Import from Excel) button.
  4. Grant user permissions by expanding it as detailed in Create Survey section.
  5. Click (Create) to save the target group or (Cancel) to discard the changes.

Sort Target Groups

You can sort the target groups list either in descending or ascending way using the arrows () next to each column.

Edit Target Group

To modify a certain target group, follow these steps:

  1. Click the () icon next to the required target group; the Edit Target Group page is displayed.
  2. Apply the changes you want to make to any of the displayed information.
  3. Click (Save) to save the changes or (Cancel) to discard the changes and close the page.

Export Target Group

To export a specific group’s members to Excel sheet, click the () icon next to it. When clicked, an Excel file will be downloaded to your device.

Delete Target Group

To delete a certain target group, follow these steps:

  1. Click the () icon next to the required target group; a confirmation dialog is displayed.
  2. Click (Delete) to confirm the delete process or (Cancel) to discard the process and close the dialog.
