Login to Surveys

To log in to the Surveys module, follow these steps:

1. Enter the username in “Username” field.
2. Enter the password in “Password” field.
3. Select the domain from the predefined domains in “Domain” drop-down menu.
4. Click the (Log in) button; the Surveys home page is displayed.

Note that if any of the required fields is not filled out, the (Log in) button will be inactive (Unclickable).

You can also log in using the Windows method by clicking the (Windows) button, as you will be automatically logged in using the automatic user identification, if this feature is activated by the system administrator.
