General Features

The general features across the Surveys module are detailed below:

Side Menu (Hamburger Menu) Icon

Use this icon to expand or collapse the side menu which enables you to move between the main pages in the system, as detailed below.

1. Surveys: this page is the default page in the module where you can create and follow up with the surveys, as detailed later.
2. Target Groups: this page is where you can define the groups who will be respondents to the surveys, as detailed later.
3. Profile: this page includes your personal information and account settings, where you can modify any of them as detailed below:

• User Information tab: through this tab, you can update the personal information including the profile picture, first name, last name, phone, and email, in addition to enable/disable the two-factor authentication.
• Change Password tab: through this tab, you can update the account password by entering the old password, new password, and its confirmation.
• Preferences tab: through this tab, you can set the preferences of your account including the language, light/dark mode, number of records displayed per page, and the way you want the side menu to be displayed.

4. Dark\Light Mode button: when the selected preferred mode is Light, the system shall display the Dark button, and vice versa. Click the button to change the mode.
5. Language button: when the selected preferred language is English, the system shall display the (العربية) button, and vice versa. Click the button to change the language.

CUBES System Logo

This part shows the system logo, when clicked from any page in the system, you will be redirected to the Surveys home page.

User Information Section

This section displays your profile picture and the main information including the first and last names, unit, and user type. When clicked, the menu expands to display the following options:

• Profile
• Language button
• Dark\Light mode

You can use these three options as previously mentioned in Side Menu section.

• Logout button: this button enables you to log out from the system.
